Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Internet Freethink has written an excellent report on defining the digital divide. According to Doug Dias, the digital divide “has left over 40 million Americans without access to reliable internet. The pandemic has kickstarted initiatives to change that.” Read the report here.
